Triumph

Triumph is one of the latest and greatest USDA hops to hit the market in the last couple of years. Triumph provides a very diverse flavor profile that can be used in a wide range of beers. With hoppy lagers and cold IPAs gaining traction in the craft beer world, Triumph and its noble lineage and fruity undertones is a perfect candidate to shine in your beers. Triumph was bread from Hallertau Mittelfruh, East Kent Golding, Nugget, and Brewers Gold. With some of these being higher alpha varieties, Triumph has an alpha content between 10-11.5%. We have been brewing with this hop for over a year now with some of our partners at Mill 95 and are excited to see its use in multiple GABF Beers this year. Keep an eye out for Triumph in this year’s Great American Beer Festival!
