SIMCOE® HOPS US
Known for being "Cascade on steroids," this high alpha dual-purpose variety makes for a nice foundational bittering hop, while still providing loads of value as an aroma hop on the cold side. It can be described as fruity and earthy, combining notes of berry, grapefruit, and apricot, with pronounced aromas of pine and resin. Simcoe can find a place in most hoppy-style beers, both as a bittering hop and as a late addition, and is a staple hop in some of the most revered West Coast IPAs.
